摘要： An electrical connector (10) includes a first elastic member (14) pivotallyconnected to a second member (18). The first member (14) can be moved by beingpivoted between a first position where a wire may be retained within the connector (10)by bending a portion (20) of the first member (14) and a second position wherein the firstmember (14) is spaced from the second member (18) and a wire can be inserted orremoved from the connector. A locking member (26) is provided for retaining the firstmember (14) in the first position. A method for attaching a wire to the connector is alsodescribed.
