摘要：In a wireless, OFDM system, phase noise may be mitigated through the use ofan interleaver that is designed to distribute coded block bits across subcarriers ofmultiple OFDM symbols. Doing so decreases the non-stationary properties of the noise.Such an interleaver may be a rectangular interleaver that maps each block to a differentsubcarrier to create frequency diversity and to a different OFDM symbol, to create timediversity. One exemplary method of interleaving the symbols is to place a first symbol atrow X and column Y of the interleaver. The next symbol is placed in row X+1 and columnY+1. The result of such an interleaving process is a great reduction in the block errorrate.
