摘要：In a process for separating aminoacids from a mixture containing them usingnon-exchange resins, the mixture is passed successively over several columns arranged inseries and filled respectively with an absorptive material, a first ion-exchange resin, and asecond resin which exchanges oppositely-charged ions. Preferably the mixture is passedat least once succesively over the same two columns of anion and cation-exchange resins.Each column can be previously oxidized by an oxidizing agent. This process permits a highdegree of separation of a complex mixture of amino acids derived, in particular, from thehydrolysis of proteins without the addition of external agents.
