摘要：The present disclosure provides systems and methods for a replacement mitralvalve. The replacement mitral valve may include a ventricular portion and a separateatrial portion tethered to the ventricular portion. When in the delivery sheath, the
ventricular and atrial portions may be in a collapsed configuration. The ventricularportion and atrial portion may be axially offset within the delivery sheath therebyreducing the diameter of the replacement valve when in the collapsed configuration andthe diameter necessary for the delivery sheath. Upon exiting the delivery sheath, theventricular and atrial portions may expand. Once in the expanded configuration, theventricular and atrial portions may be cinched together via an anchoring mechanism.
