摘要：PURPOSE:To decrease the work process, and also, to simplify the work itself byforming an opaque ceramic material layer on the whole area of the front and the rearface of the top part of a metallic frame for a crown, interposing a joining ceramic materiallayer therein and calcining and joining the existing ceramic material formed body.CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a teeth model 5 for a work, a metallic frame 1 isformed by casting, and on the whole area of its front and the rear face of the top part, anopaque ceramic material is heaped up and calcined, and an opaque ceramic material layer2 is formed. Subsequently, the front of the opaque ceramic material layer 2 is coveredwith a roughly shell-like existing ceramic material formed body 3. A material of theexisting ceramic material formed body 3 is combination of a suitable ratio of a bodyceramic material, an enamel ceramic material and a translucent ceramic material, andobtained by a method for throwing the ceramic material into a metallic mold andcalcining it by a furnace. Next, a joining ceramic material layer 4 is poured between theopaque layer 2 and the existing ceramic material formed body 3, calcined at 700-1000deg.C under reduced pressure, and the existing ceramic material forming 3 is joined tothe opaque layer 2. In the end, the form of the calcined part is corrected, and byexecuting glaze, a crown is obtained.
