一、 测量说明

1.1任务来源

为满足现场施工要求,中铁航空港集团第一工程有限公司望安高速公路项目经理部委托具有乙级测量资质的测量单位中铁航空港建设集团有限公司精测队对正在施工的贵州省余庆至安龙高速公路望谟至安龙段第1合同段(K1+900~YK9+600)内所辖导线点进行加密复测。 1.2测区情况

贵州省余庆至安龙高速公路望谟至安龙段起于望谟县城北平洞、经望谟县油迈乡、册亨县岩架镇、册亨县城,终点在巧马镇,通过巧马枢纽互通与汕昆高速公路相接,共68.685km。 设计标准:设计时速80公里/小时,双向四车道。

本合同段隶属中铁航空港集团第一工程有限公司望安高速公路项目经理部一分部(第1、2、3合同段,起讫桩号K1+900~YK20+000)起于望谟县城北平洞农科所,止于北盘江东岸望谟县油迈乡东南,路线全长18.1Km。主要工程为:大桥4995.57米/16座,中桥156.20米/3座,预制梁板1529片;隧道6700米/6座;钢筋砼盖板涵745.13横延米/20座,钢筋砼箱涵167.26横延米/6座,砼预制块拱涵 106.18横延米/1座;挖土方59.2万立方,挖石方152.4万立方,填方210.9万立方,特殊路基处理抗滑桩351米;设置望谟互通一处,分离式立交2处;K1+900~YK20+000段防护排水工程。

1.3复核测量范围和内容

贵州省余庆至安龙高速公路望谟至安龙段第1合同段(K1+900~YK9+600)平面控制点加密复测。 1.4复核测量方法及依据

对所有控制点采用GPS进行施测

根据《工程测量规范》GB50026-2007要求,本次测量按以下精度实测: GPS网测量按工程测量一级网施测。

1、《工程测量规范》GB50026-2007

2、《全球定位系统(GPS)测量规范》GB/T18314-2001 3、《测绘技术总结编写规定》(CH/T1001-2005); 4、《测绘成果质量检查与验收》(GB/T24356-2009)。 5、《贵州省余庆至安龙高速公路望谟至安龙段控制点成果表》。 1.5测量人员、仪器设备及组织安排

中铁航空港建设集团有限公司精测队接到任务后,组织测量人员及仪器设备于10月28日全部到位,复测共投入技术人员6人。

10月28日至10月31日对1、2、3、5、6、7、8合同段的所有设计院所交付的水准点及平面控制点进行现场勘查,11月1日至11月18日GPS测量组开始各个合同段的复测工作(11月1日至11月9日对1、2、3合同段进行加密复测,11月10至11月14日对5、6合同

段进行加密复测,11月15日至11月18日对7、8合同段进行加密复测),11月20日完成GPS内业处理工作。

本合同段加密坐标系统与设计相同,即:

平面坐标系采用坐标系-1基于西安1980椭球,路段中心纬度25°06′子午线为105°55′00″,高程投影面高度为570米,高程系统为1985国家高程基准。

复核测量时采用原坐标系统,新加密点采用同等精度内插。

1.7施工控制网平面实测概况

控制网复测前首先进行现场勘查,检查标石的完好性,确认丢失控制点。GPS控制网复测作业方法、精度指标、使用仪器均按工程测量一级网的要求进行。

本标段GPS控制网以三角形或大地四边形的构网原则,按D级网的测量精度等级形成带状网,以设计院点作为联结边,采用边联式构网。

1.7.1.2 GPS控制网外业观测技术要求

(1)、观测严格执行调度计划,按规定时间进行同步观测作业。 (2)、采用同步静态观测模式,以设计院对点作为联结边,采用边联式构网;形成三角形或大地四边形组成的带状网。

(3)、控制点同步观测,每时段观测60分钟,符合规范要求。 (5)、作业前按要求进行仪器检校。对中设备采用精密对点器,对中精度小于1mm,在作业前及作业过程中对基座水准器、光学对点器进行检校,确保其状态正常。

(6)、作业过程中,天线安置严格整平、对中,天线标志线指向正北。

(7)、卫星高度角设定为≥15°。 (8)、数据采样间隔设定为15秒。 (9)、同步观测有效卫星总数≥5颗。 (10)、PDOP值≤6。

(11)、每时段观测前后分别量取天线高,误差小于2mm,取两次平均值作为最终结果。

(12)、作业中使用对讲机,离GPS接收机10m以外。一个时段观测结束后,重新对中整平仪器,再进行第二时段的观测。

(13)、观测过程中按规定填写了观测手簿,对观测点名、仪器高、仪器号、时间、日期以及观测者姓名均进行了详细记录,记录采用2H铅笔。

1.7.1.3 GPS控制网观测数据后处理及其精度分析

复测网基线解算采用广播星历,按仪器制造商提供的天宝TBC软件按静态相对定位模式进行。外业观测结束后首先对观测基线进行处理和质量分析,检查基线质量是否符合规范要求。删除工作状态不佳的卫星数据,在卫星残差图上观察某个卫星在某段时间内的残差是否过大且有明显的系统误差,删除该时间段,不让其参与平差。

对所有基线进行解算并进行精度分析,约束平差时对基线进行选取,组成环进行平差。

(1)、基线向量异步环闭合差

基线向量异步环闭合差是检验基线向量网质量的一项重要技术指标,当满足限差要求时,能说明组成基线向量网的所有基线解算质量合格、成

果可靠。按《全球定位系统(GPS)测量规程》要求GPS控制基线向量网所有异步环闭合差应符合下式规定:

Wx≤3n*σ Wy≤3n*σ Wz≤3n*σ W≤33n*σ

n为闭合环边数,σ为标准差,即基线向量弦长中误差(mm)。

d为弦长、单位为km

(2)、重复基线较差

按《全球定位系统(GPS)测量规程》要求,同一边不同观测时段基线较差应满足ds≤22σmm。

(3)、平差软件

平差采用武汉大学测绘学院编制的COSAGPS后处理平差软件进行,平差包括三维无约束平差和二维约束平差,平差数据采用基线向量的双差固定解进行。

(4)、三维无约束平差

输入至少一个设计院点的三维坐标作为起算数据,进行GPS网的三维无约束平差,检查GPS基线向量网本身的内符合精度,并剔除含有粗差的基线边。

由控制网三维无约束平差精度统计数据可知:控制网的基线向量网自身的内符合精度高,基线向量没有明显系统误差和粗差,基线向量网的质

量是可靠的,在此基础上可以进行二维约束平差。

(5)、二维约束平差

三维约束平差后即可进行二维约束平差。二维约束平差时以控制点的平面坐标成果作为已知点对复测的控制网进行整网约束平差,获得GPS控制点复测坐标成果。 1.8注意事项

(1)各分部工程部负责对所有桩橛进行妥善保护,使用前进行常规复核,认真核对点号,在对桩点确认正确、稳固可靠后方可使用。

(2)由于设计院所测控制点成果时间间隔过长,控制点沉降及扰动过大,部分高等级控制点破坏(IV1、IV2、IV4、IV8)。为保证管段内结构物顺利贯通连接,因此在施工放样过程中,平面坐标对比值超过20mm采用新出坐标成果,在限差范围内的其他各点均使用原坐标成果;高程拟合结果对比值超过30mm采用新出高程成果且必须经过水准测量复核相邻点间高差满足规范要求后方可使用。

(3)各个合同段之间,定期进行与相邻管段的平面、高程位置的联测,确保与相邻管段正确衔接。防止双方衔接处出现错误。

(4)放样前,应采用检测相邻三个控制点间距离和角度的方法对放样所使用的已知坐标点进行常规检测,确认桩点、资料无误后放可进行后续的放样工作。
