diamond, shining all the time. She is my dearest country---China.

I love my motherland! She is one of the four ancient civilized countries. She has four inventions—the compass，gunpowder ['gʌnpaʊdə], papermaking skill and typography [tai'pɔɡrəfi]. She is developing greatly day by day —the success of the launch of Shenzhou 9 manned spaceship .The success of the Dragon number manned submersible [səb'mɜːsɪb(ə)l] 7000 meters sea trial . The success of China's first aircraft carrier Liaoning ship formal service. All this shows the power of China. Our motherland has become stronger and stronger because of hardworking people, we are proud of being Chinese.

I love my motherland! She has so many great places of interest, which is known not only to every citizen of our country, but also to the world. When the foreigners talk about China, they all extend their thumbs and say ''China is a famous and fantastic country!'' yes, that is true! We have the Great Wall, the world’s second longest river, the world’s tallest mountain，the oldest history and the most glorious achievements. Diaoyu Islands have been Chinese territory ['terɪt(ə)rɪ] since ancient times. Every one of us should safeguard our country. As students, we should study hard to make our country much more beautiful and stronger. I’m sure my motherland must be the most beautiful and strongest in the future .I love my motherland.
