X：Hi. Luca. Ask you a question! Z: Yes, please!

X: What are objects or situations that you are afraid of?

Z: well,en….It’s a lot, just like snakes ,spiders, even watch a horror film. But I think I am firmly afraid of the snakes mostly. It’s very dangerous. Their venoms can kill anything alive. And how about you?

X: yes, so do I. It’s common to be afraid of horrible living things for people. No one is fearless. Actually ，I’m mostly afraid of the dog. Z: OK, that’s not an unusual phobia. The dog was a great pet with many people. But why are you afraid of that?

X: En…It’s a long story .In short; I was attacked on my way back home when I was a little girl. It scared the hell of me. Look, the scar still on my right leg.

Z: I think you’ll never forget that experience. But the pet you may meet everywhere, What you did for it?

X: will, I tried to conquer the fear of my mind several times but you know it needs time to get over it completely. Z: does it work? X: A little.

2 Do you have any plan to study abroad as an overseas student? Or, do you want to live in another country? If you have, please explain to your partner what your reasons are. If you don’t have, please explain why not?

J: Hi, Luca, Why did not you come school yesterday?

Z: Oh, I picked my classmate who came back from Australia. And then having a dinner together. During dinner time, she told me her life time there.

X: sounds interesting! Have you ever think of studying abroad?

Z：yes, Studying abroad brings about many advantages. It widens our knowledge and horizons, and meanwhile cultivates our independence and personalities. I am crazy about the life abroad. How about you ? X: well, i don't look forward so much. Z: Why?

X: you know, the language, different customs, eating habits may become my big troubles.

Z: well, of course, this can not be ignored.

X: now we are living in the high-speed developing period, what we can enjoy home may not less than the life abroad. Trust me, in our own country we can witness the huge development, and foreigners will envy us by then.

Z: what do you think of the currently management style?

X: En…I think there are two points. There is an emphasis on employee relation and a focus on team building. Z: Good answer. Explain it more specifically

X: It gives them the chance to share their ideas and their perspectives are important to the new manger. They can use employee’s ideas to make decisions. It could be very helpful.

Z: Well. Suppose you are the manager, what will be based on your team building program?

X: solving problems are the primary task, i think.
