1.投诉信应包含三个基本方面：

（1）投诉内容 （2）投诉原因 （3）希望得到的结果 2.具体细节：

(1) 首段：注意客观礼貌。自我介绍，引出投诉内容，表明写信的目的。

(2)主体部分：详细说明情况，中肯提出问题，有理有据。 (3)尾段：提出解决方案，不用展开写。表达强烈的愿望，希望问题得到迅速恰当的解决，希望尽快得到满意答复。 3.范文欣赏：

下边是一则关于“环法”牌运动自行车的广告，你买过之后发现与广告内容不符，因此你给该健身用品公司写信投诉，希望解决此事。

I am writing to you about the imported(进口的) Tour de France exercise bike which I bought from you.

You claim that by using the exercise bike for ten minutes a day,one would strengthen one’s body and lose at least two kilos a week.But I find out that after using the bike for a month it is as if I have done no exercise at all. In fact,the more I use the bike,the more weight I seem to put on(增加).

What’s worse, the bike is not stable(稳固的) and is extremely badly made. One day,when I was cycling at full speed, a wheel broke and I fell off the bike and hurt my leg. I had to take three days off work.

When I took the bike to your company , the manager was extremely rude. Not only did he refuse to give back my money, but refused to repair the bike either.

I would like you to give back my money as soon as possible and compensate me for the injuries.Unless I receive a positive reply,I intend to take further action.
