摘要：Adenosines derivatives of the formula I wherein R1 is allyl, methallyl, straight orbranched chain (C3-7)alkynyl, (C3-8)cycloalkyl, or phenyl mono- or independently of oneanother di-substituted by halogen having an atomic number of from 9 to 35, (C1-4)alkyl,(C1-4)alkoxy, or CF3; R2 is hydrogen or C(1-4)alkyl, and R3 is (C1-4)alkyl, are useful forprotecting vascular endothelium, for lowering blood lipid levels, and for treating raisedblood pressure.
