性早熟的诊断与治疗要点

【摘 要】性早熟的发病率逐年增高，病因复杂多样，临床诊治过程中仍存在许多争议或尚不明晰的地方。本文依据中华医学会儿科学分会内分泌遗传代谢学组2015年6月最新修订和发布的《儿童中枢性性早熟诊疗共识》结合近年国内外相关文献，针对诊断标准、治疗药物及方案选择中的核心要素进行剖析、归纳和综述。%The incidence of sexual precocity increased year by year. It is complex and with varied etiology, clinical diagnosis and treatment in the process are still not clear. On the basis of the guide released by Chinese Medical Association of pediatrics genetic metabolic endocrine group in June 2015, and \"children's central precocious puberty diagnosis consensus \" in combination with related literatures in recent years, the diagnostic criteria, treatment, and the core elements of scheme selection are analyzed, summarized and reviewed in this paper. 【总页数】5页(P27-31) 【作 者】梁立阳;李芳萍
