三、本单元重点语法 1. 特殊疑问词

What 意思是“什么”，可以问“什么东西、什么职业、什么事情等。 Where 意思是“在哪里”，询问地点

When 意思是“什么时候”，询问时间, 可以是时刻或日期等。 How old 意思是“多大”，问年龄。

How many 意思是“多少”，问数量，后面常跟可数名词的复数形式。 Which 意思是“哪一个”。

Who 意思是“谁”，询问人的身份。 Why 意思是“为什么”，问原因。

How 意思是“怎样”。 Whose 意思是“谁的”。 练习：对下列句子的划线部分提问

2.冠词

冠词是虚词，本身不能单独使用，也没有词义，它用在名词的前面，帮助指明名词的含义。英语中的冠词有三种，一种是定冠词（the Definite Article），另一种是不定冠词（the Indefinite Article），还有一种是零冠词（Zero Article）。

不定冠词a（an）与数词one 同源，是“一个”的意思。a用于辅音音素前，一般读作[e]，而an则用于元音音素前，一般读做[en]。用法如下: 1.首次提及 there is a book on the desk

2.泛指一类人或事物 He is a student, It’s a book 3.表示“一个”的意思 an apple 练习：Write a or an.
