Lesson 11 I love animals !

Teaching aim:

1、 Studying five new words with various ways. “fox、kangaroo、

deer、lion、zebra”

2、 Students can talk about animals with two point sentences.

What animal do you like? I like … Why? Because it’s / they are …

3、 Can use “strong、lovely、interesting、cute、beautiful”to

describe the animals.

4、 Students can get happiness and knowledge between the

studying and the games.

Teaching point and difficult:

1、 Studying five new words with various ways. “fox、kangaroo、

deer、lion、zebra

2、 Students can ask about animals with two point sentences to

talk about animals.

What animal do you like? I like … Why? Because it’s/they are …

Teaching preparation:

PPT 、five pictures of animals、five words like “strong” and so much. Teaching steps:

一对话导入。

Today we’ll learn something about animals. First, do you like animals? (Ask 2 to 4 students). Me too, I love animals!(板书课题) 二Review some animals with “show quickly”(快闪)

Now, let’s meet some old friends. Look at the media, carefully. (show a picture three seconds.)

师:What animal did you see? 生:I saw…

1、 用相同的方式引出“snake、giraffe、elephant、hippo、tiger、

monkey 、panda。”

2、 Which group want to read these words. 三Teaching five new words with “guess guess guess”.

Today many new friends are coming to our class. Who are them? Let’s guess. 1、The deer.

The first . It has two big corners. And it has many flowers on its body. It’s very beautiful.”( show a paper has written down the “beautiful.”) 2、The zebra

Second,it wears a streak clothes, the streaks are white and black. It’s lovely.

3、the kangaroo

Third,it has a big bag . and a small baby on it. It’s interesting. 4、The lion

Next, it’s strong. It’s the king of animals.

5、 show a picture of the “fox”

师:look at the picture, it’s a lion ? It’s a zebra? What animal is it? . 生:It’s a fox.

四、Practice(以读为主) the new words with different ways.(小组比赛贯穿其中)

1、the deer. 正音、升降调教学、操练

主要操练方式: All boys/girls together read it. This group have a try. Who can read it? (个别操练) 2、The zebra(操练次数根据学生具体学习情况而定)

操练:read after me./this group read it one by one. /you have a try 3、The kangaroo /lion/fox

操练:个别同学读,read after her/him. /big and small voice/choose someone to read it.

4、The competition with groups. ( I’ll show a picture, the students should read it quickly )

5、play a game.(down and down动物蹲) (1)讲解游戏规则并示范 (2)发图片正式比赛。

(3)与赢者击掌,并给相应小组加花朵。 四、teaching the point sentences.

1、Until now, we have learned so many animals. What animal do you like? Why?

引导学生使用猜一猜游戏中学习的几个形容词“strong interesting…”来回答第二个问题。 2、初步使用句型。

Who want to ask me? You have a try. 3、 Practice the sentences with the partners.

Do you want to know the appetite(爱好) about your friends? Please use these sentences to ask.

4、 The show time. (four to six groups to have a show) Which group want to try?

总结:Today we have learn some new words about animals. And the reasons about you like it?

五、Home work: please write the new words three times and practice the sentences with your partner.
