这几年，高校中校园网贷比较流行，问题也比较突出。如果说流行，主要是同学们觉得新奇，用身份证和学生证用手机即可通过网络进行贷款，而且金额不菲，从几千到几万。网络上的广告也很雷人，通过百度搜索校园网贷可以发现，各大金融网贷公司纷纷打出“凭学生证即可100%借到3000元秒到账，全程app操作，七天免息。”“极速放款，3步搞定—高额度、低利率、极速借、全在线”，通过注册—学籍认证—借款提交即可办理。更有甚者，广告更加夸张：承诺于行，以零碎换梦想！融汇各大高校的信用钱包！大额资金为你搭金建桥，购物旅游，小微创业，学位房款，只要你有学历不怕资金不足，小额金融商圈的不二之选??

以上都是同学们看了雷人网络信贷广告后不由自主的点击进去，最后把自己的信息留在网

络信贷公司后台，自然有人与你联系，于是你和网络信贷公司的悲剧故事就这样开始了。

这些公司主要是以高校大学生为网贷对象，利用贷款门槛低，贷款额度高这样一低一高的手法来俘获同学们的心理，使一些想用钱，但是急着找不到钱的同学看到这些累人广告后会瞬间失去正常人理智，见钱眼开盲目去办理，最终结果是校园网贷“贷”出人命、使同学们出现退学、跑路??

如中国网在2016年3月24日在网上曾经报道过有位河南的高校学生郑某，因染上赌球嗜好，通过14家互联网借贷平台，利用28位同学的私人信息借贷近60万，最终因无力偿还而选择跳楼自杀，此事引发社会强烈关注。

以上这些都是因为同学们内心的虚荣心在作怪。毕竟对于在校的同学们来说，很大一部分同学还没有经济来源，面对当前网络上的各种节日（双十一，黑色星期五等）诱惑，喜欢刺激、接受新鲜事物的同学们来说，网络信贷自然成为解决同学们心理需求（虚荣心为主）的消费借贷平台。通过这个网贷平台，有很多同学们贷到小额资金，然后购买苹果手机、电脑、平衡车等奢侈消费品。其实这些所谓的网络信贷，在我看来其实就是普通民间借贷的“高校版”而已。现实中，确实需要同学们多多提高警惕才能不上当受骗。

现在智能手机的普及，人手一台甚至几台手机已经不是什么新鲜事，而变成了生活必需品。但是在现实生活中，同学们用手机玩游戏、玩微信、玩qq，开网页，看新闻期间，时不时会有一些网贷广告跳出来，如果此时你点进去了，请及时关闭。如果你因为玩游戏，需要充值游戏币你才能升级装备、升级能量，此时你没有钱，就需要通过点击广告进行手机在线办理网贷手续，可能那时那刻钱会马上到账，你能继续游戏或者继续happy，但是等你冷静下来回想自己的冲动行为，你却没有钱还上，久而久之这些信贷金额就会连本带息一起蹭-蹭-蹭的往上涨，欠款会越来越多，最后你上课学习的心思都没有，整天都是提心吊胆。有的同学觉得一两个月

不还款也没事，突然有一天，当你觉得什么事都没有发生的时候，你的辅导员会收到一条短信息：“[贷款公司]姓名：小p，学校名称：xxxxxxxxxx，身份证号码：4500......”；于我们本平台申请大学生分期贷款已经逾期104日未还款，已经涉及恶意逾期，未还金额xxxxxx.xx元，请转告他马上还清所有欠款，维护好个人信用，否则我司将按协议把他的逾期记录上报全国网贷黑名单，并且会通过联系学校和起诉立案来督促其还款。届时一切名誉及经济损失均本人负责。

同学，回顾你办理网贷的时候多

么的兴奋，你办理网贷的时候多么的厉害，你办理网贷的时候多么的威武，留下自己的信息、联系方式外，还把辅导员、同学、朋友的信息、电话一起留给网贷公司，这是对他们不尊重的表现，也是对他们合法权益的侵害。你这个南郭先生的行为只是蒙蔽了你愚蠢的心，因为你办理网贷的事实是存在的，你泄露辅导员、同学和朋友们的信息的事实是存在的，你获得的小额贷款资金是存在的，你没有按期还款的事实也是存在的。这些，你必须面对。但是面对自己没有经济来源，没有还款能力的你来说，怎么办？后悔么？肯定的。有用么？恩，现在大胆承认，主动找辅导员、找家长、找朋友、找同学承认错误事实，还不晚。

大学生小p，想通过网络兼职打工赚钱。一天他在网上了解到校园内有一种分期乐的网贷平台，只要介绍给校内有需要贷款的同学，只需要提供身份证+学生证即可办理成功，他可以从中获得高额的提成（即抽水）。于是他开始通过微信朋友圈、qq空间、微博等进行宣传，最终他帮班级、宿舍、社团有需要购买高档奢侈消费品的同学都办理了分期乐校园贷款。小p也因此获得了高额的利润。

过了两三个月，这些同学发现自己不能按时还款，就没有理会。于是贷款公司开始通过电话、短信找到他们要求他们连本带息一次性还款，如果不还款就告诉学校、父母，再不还就通

过起诉。这时小p发现他原来的兼职，不仅没有帮助到同学，反而害了同学，最后导致一些同学欠下分期乐几万块无法还上。最后这些同学有的退学了、有的跑路了??他的辅导员发现他神情异常，经常恍恍惚惚，于是通过找他谈话了解到他通过网络兼职做了校园网贷的业务后，认真的对他进行思想教育，使他真正认识到这个事情的严重性和恶劣影响，他深深知道错了并决定改正。

小p经过一段时间的思想斗争，终于主动揭发校园网贷的内幕。于是他主动把得到的分成还给各位同学，并在校园里发起反校园网贷联盟，自己担任发起人，主动宣传校园网贷的弊端，号召同学们自觉抵制不良网贷，诚信做人。

你办理了网贷，高兴的是网贷公司，因为他们获利了。痛苦的，是你，是你的家人，惋惜的是你的辅导员、朋友和同学。毕竟，作为成年人，你已经具有思考和处理事务的能力；作为大学生，你需要明辨真善美，假丑恶。如果说，网贷你曾经办过，那尽早和家人说、和辅导员讲，坦白从宽，抗拒从严。坦白了，家人、辅导员、你的朋友和同学们都会原谅你，大家一起想办法通过法律途径帮你解决问题。抗拒不说，那么你只能看着连本带息的欠款越积越多，心理默默承受常人无法承受的压力，压力转换为痛苦，只有自己知道，那又何苦呢？纸包不住火，早解决总比拖着不解决好。
