第九条 在常规动力舰艇上工作的从事飞行工作的军官，每年休假30天。

第十条 军官符合下列条件之一的，每年休假40天：

(一)部队驻地不在西藏地区以及其他海拔3000米以上(含本数，下同)地区，但本人常年在上述地区流动执勤的; (二)在青海海拔3000米以下(不含本数，下同)地区工作的;

(三)在边防一线连队工作的;

(四)战斗部队中常年在有核辐射危险环境下工作的。

第十一条 在西藏地区以及其他海拔3000米以上地区工作的军官，服现役不满20年或者服现役和参加工作不满20年的，每年休假60天;服现役满20年以上或者服现役参加工作满20以上的每年休假70天;服现役满25年以上或者服现役和参加工作满25以上的，每年休假80天。在海拔4500米以上地区工作的军官，每年假期再增加10天。

第十五条 未婚军官(离异、丧偶军官)与父母不在一地生活的，每年探望父母一次，假期30天。已婚军官与父母不在一地生活(含配偶为独生子女且与岳父母、公婆不在一地生活)的，每两年探望父母，假

期20天。军官与配偶不在一地生活的，每年探望配偶一次，假期40天。军官与父母、配偶均不在一地生活，在一年内同是符合探望父母及配偶条件的，假期45天。

军队院校毕业或者地方普通高等学校毕业入伍的军官，符合探亲条件的，从第二年起安排探亲。

第十六条 未婚军官符合第十条规定条件之一的，每年探望父母的假期40天。

第十七条 在西藏地区以及其他海拔3000米以上地区工作的军官，探亲假期按照第十一条规定的休假假期执行。 第十八条 军官当年内符合探亲条件，探亲假期短于休假假期的，按照休假假期执行。

第十九条 军官探亲假期不含路途往返时间。

《中国人民解放军现役士官探亲休假规定》明确士官享受假期的种类为两项，即探亲假(探望父母和配偶)和休假。其中，休假只限高级士官享受。士官探亲休假的基本假期，按照服役年限和婚姻状态确定：

未婚士官，一级的任期内享受两次探望父母假，每次假期20天;二级以上的每年享受一次探望父母假，假期30天;五级士官每年休假20
