摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity of bonding operation and abond strength after bonding.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a rotor includes: apreparation process (step S101) in which a sheave part 5 and a shank 4 are located in adirection in which an outer diameter side joint part 53 and an inner diameter side jointpart 42 face each other; a preliminary heating process (steps S102, S103) in which in thestate that the inner diameter side joint part 42 and the sheave part 5 contact each other,an inner diameter side contact part C_in, which is a contact part between a hydraulicaction surface 5b and an apical surface 42a, is preliminarily heated by a frictional heat dueto relative rotation of the sheave part 5 and the shank 4 around a rotation axis X; and abonding process (steps S104 to S107) in which in the state that the sheave part 5 isrotated around the rotation axis X, the sheave part is so made as to further approach theshank 4, and rolling friction pressure-welding for a contact part between the hydraulicaction surface 5b and the apical surface 42a of the inner diameter side joint part 42 androlling friction pressure-welding for a contact part between an apical surface 53a of theouter diameter side joint part 53 and a flange part 45 of the shank 4 are performedthereby bonding the shank 4 and the sheave part 5 to each other.SELECTED DRAWING:Figure 2
