1、能够听、说、读、单词newspaper,magazine,comic book并书写post card,newspaper,comicbook.句子:Where are you going this afternoon? I’m going to the bookstore. What are you going to buy? I’m going to buy a comic book. 并能在现实生活中灵活运用,做到语调自然,语音准确。 2、能够听懂Let’s try部分的对话并完成听音选图的练习。 3、能够使用各种疑问句采访他人的活动安排并做记录。 教学重点:
1、能够运用what, where, when引导的特殊疑问句句式进行问答。
2、能够在现实生活中灵活运用句型Where are you going this afternoon? I’m going to the bookstore. What are you going to buy? I’m going to buy a comic book.力求做到语音准确,语调自然。 教学难点:
1、能在情景中灵活运用what, where, when疑问词所引导的句子进行交际。 教学过程:
Step 1、 Preparation 1. Let’s sing.
教师放录音,师生同唱本单元歌曲:What are you going to do? 2. Guessing game 教师画,学生猜。
教师分别画场所:水果店,书店,服装店,玩具店,并相应画一些物品。教师画几笔,然后让学生猜。
T: Where am I going? What am I going to buy? 引导学生据简笔画回答。 3. Free talk.
e.g.: What are you going to do …? I’m going to ….(利用前面所学的内容
4. Let’s try
(1) T引导学生一起观察Let’s try的内容。先认读这些物品,然后教师可以根据实际情况提出以Where, How, Who, What等词所引导的句子来帮助学生理解。 (2)教师放let’s try部分的录音,帮助学生完成Listen and circle. 录音内容如下:
Chen: Hi, Sarah, where are you going after school? Sarah: Hi, Chen Jie. I’m going to the bookstore. Chen: What are you going to buy? Sarah: I’m going to buy a dictionary.
Chen: I want to buy a comic book. Let’s go together! Sarah: OK!
【设计意图】本环节通过自由交谈等活动进行了复习和热身,目的是创设英语学习氛围,激发学生学习兴趣,为下一步学习做好铺垫。 Step 2、 Presentation 1.情景导入
(1) 介绍:Where are you going this evening? I’m going to the bookstore. T: My hobby is reading books. Guess: Where am I going this evening? 教师手拿一本书,引导学生回答:You’re going to the bookstore. 教师重复:Yes. I’m going to the bookstore. 领说。此时,板书:I’m going to the bookstore. (让学生和教师一起写)教读几遍。教师接着说: I’m going to the bookstore. What about you? Where are you going this evening? 引出:Where are you going …? 这一句型。教师帮助学生回答:I’m going to …. 教师在I’m going to the bookstore.的上面板书Where are you going this evening? (让学生和教师一起写)。教师教读,并引导学生根据实际问答。 (2)介绍:What are you going to buy? I’m going to buy …. 师生交流:
T: Where are you going …? S1: I’m going to Kuyu bookstore.
T: I’m going to Kuyu bookstore, too. I’m going to buy a story-book. What are you going to buy?
以此引出:What are you going to buy?
帮助学生回答:I’m going to buy ….
教师领说,板书(引导学生和教师一起写)句子:What are you going to buy? I’m going to buy …. 教读、操练。
(3)教师接上两个环节:You’re going to buy …. When are you going to buy? Ss: …. 此句型在上一课时已经学过,教师只要帮助学生把它和前两个句型整合在一起即可,不必浪费太多的时间。 2.机械操练
教师先和程度比较好的学生做示范,然后让学生两人一组根据课本中所提供图片的信息做替换练习。
\"我购物计划\"活动 教师指着黑板上的简明地图及表格说:Look,Sarah and Chen J1e are going to the bookstore.Where are you going? What are you going to buy? When are you going? Please write a shopping plan.指导学生结合表格中的购物地点、时间及商品三项提示,根据自己的购物;制定一个购物计划,组内学生可以互相交流讨论。 学生做好计划后,师生根据表格中的三点要求:where,what,when进行 (教师将获得的信息逐项填人表格),如: T:Where are you going? S:I'm going to the fruit stand. T:What are you going to buy ? S:I'm going to buy some apples. T:When are you going?
S:I am going at 5 o'clock in the afternoon.
教师先与几名学生进行上述对话,再由学生提问来获知教师的购物计划学生将有关信息填人表格中。学生两人一组互相了解对方的shopping plan,灵活运用where,when,what的三个疑问句互相提问和回答。
3.意义操练 Pair work
教师设计争做优秀小记者的活动,教师先和优秀的学生示范,然后让学生运用所学语言在组内进行采访,根据表格所提供的疑问句了解同学的活动安排。
教师让学生根据自己完成的表格内容把课本32页的空补充完整。 先让学生组内交流,然后挑一部分班内交流。
【设计意图】让学生在真实的环境中操练和运用语言,激发学生学习兴趣培养语言交际能力。 Step 3、 Practice 1、听音答题
接上一环节,教师说:What about Amy? Where is she going? What is she going to buy? When is she going? Let’s listen to the tape. Find the answers. 教师放本部分录音,让学生仔细听且回答这些问题。 2、听音正音 (1)Just listen.
(2)Listen to the tape, and repeat. 3、合作共建 (1)自由读。 (2)分角色读。 4、表演展示
先让学生在组内练习分角色读,然后请几组学生在课堂上演示。 【设计意图】通过多种形式的读,巩固了所学内容。 Step 4、 Production
(1)学生两人一组相互采访,根据表格中提供的三个疑问句了解同伴当天下午活动安排(不一定是购物),并简要记录信息。
(2)教师请几组学生在班级内演示采访过程。教师可对采访者的采访记录进行调查和评价,也可在不同桌的学生之间展开互评。
【设计意图】通过以上活动,加深了对所学知识的理解,并达到了学以致用的目的。 Step 5、Progress
(1)做B部分Let’s talk的基础训练或其他配套练习。 (2)抄写B部分四会词汇和句子,抄两遍。
(3)用所学的知识,调查父母或朋友的近期安排,记录下来,并在班内交流。
