摘要：Systems and devices for controlling power generation are provided. Forexample, such a system may include an electrical generator controller (50). Thecontroller (50) may include a filter component (204), a frequency response schedule

component (206), and a rate limiter component (208). The filter component (204) mayreceive a power grid frequency signal (202) and output the frequency signal (202) whenthe frequency signal (202) is outside a frequency band. The frequency response schedulecomponent (206) may determine an ultimate target power contribution using the filteredfrequency signal (202), the ultimate target power contribution representing an ultimateamount of power contribution that an electrical generator should provide in a primaryfrequency response. The rate limiter component (208) may determine an immediatetarget power contribution signal (210) that varies over time and approaches the ultimatetarget power contribution. Thus, the controller (50) may control the approach rateand/or arrival time, and so forth, of the primary frequency response to a power gridfrequency disturbance.
