摘要：A traffic cone system includes a base, a sleeve, and a retainer. The retainersubstantially secures the sleeve relative to the base. A member such as a spring may beinserted into the sleeve make the sleeve stand upright. The member may act in concert
with the retainer to secure the sleeve relative to the base. The system may be used torefurbish damaged traffic cones or may otherwise be retrofitted to existing traffic conecomponents. The system may alternatively be used to build new cones.
