摘要:A digital-to-analog converter for converting a digital signal having a plurality ofbinary bits (B1-B4) into an analog output signal includes an R-2R ladder network forminga plurality of switching cells (C1-C4) corresponding in number to the number of thebinary bits. Each switching cell is formed of first (N1, P2), second (P5, N6) and third (P7,N8) pairs of CMOS transistors defining cross resistances of the ladder network and of afourth pair of CMOS transistors (N13, P14) defining a series resistance of ladder network.A pair of differential circuits (D1, D2) drives each switching cell (C1-C4) to controlswitching symmetry and conversion speed.
