摘要：A damping device damps or prevents pressure shocks, such as pulsations, inhydraulic supply circuits, preferably in the form of a silencer, and has a damping housing(1) surrounding a damping chamber (19), with a fluid inlet (11) and a fluid outlet (13). Afluid receiving chamber (19) extends between the fluid inlet and fluid outlet. Duringoperation of the device, a fluid flow coming from the fluid inlet (11) in a through-flowdirection (15) traverses the damping chamber (19) toward the fluid outlet (13). Parts ofthe fluid receiving chamber (19) extend in a direction transverse to the through-flowdirection (15). The fluid receiving chamber (19) is located directly adjacent to the fluidinlet (11) and the fluid outlet (13).
