I have some questions in my mind,so now let me ask you first..Should we always persue perfect?should we just care about the result itself?just think about it,I think many of you will say yes,but today I will say no.people always want everything they do successfully,but failure can also be a kind of beauty,enjoy the process itself,we’ll find the result is not that important,only by experencing the failure can we see the strong mings of person,and they will win the success in the end.
No man lives without a fault,everyone experiences failure during their lifetime.In our daily life we always attempt new things,but,inevitably we make mistakes constantly.Take students for example,we are all students,we all studied for more than 10 years,and during our studies we often meet so many problems and difficulies.we have had lots of exams,every month or every term.we may get high scores in these exams,but mostly we failed in the exams.when we experienced these failures,we always said that next time I will be better.but in fact the next time we failed again.so most students felt sad and had no hopes.on the other hand,some employees meet the same situations,compare with the students,these people have more pressures because they have to earn money to support their families.especially in today’s society,having a good job is so important,but many employees failed in their works for they can’t earn too much money,for they can’t finish their work in time.In a word,so many factors contribute to their failures.
Not only we common people experienced so many failures in our lives but also some famous people we know.Lincoln we all know him,we know he is a

president in American’s history.but don’t you know that he experienced lots of failures during his lifetime,now let me list some of them.when he was 9,his mother passed away.when he was 22,he failed in his business.when he was 23,he failed in compete for state senator and lost his job.when he was 24,he went bankrupt.when he was 26,his fiancee died because of illness.when he was 28,his minds broke down and he was in bed for 6 months.when he was 29,he tried to be the spokesman of the state senator,but failed……from all his failure we can see he met so many difficulties in his life and suffered a lot.Also another person whose name is Thomas Alva Edison,we all know him too,he is a outstanding inventor in the world and his representative invention is electric light.but don’t you know in order to invent the electric light he tried many times and experienced so many failures?as far as I known he failed 5000 times in finding the proper materials before he invented the electric lights.
Now that everyone experienced failures during their lifetime,then how should we face the failure and what can we learn from the failure and win the success in the end?next I’ll talk about them.
Since that we have known failure is so commom in our lives,we must take optimistic attitudes toward the failure.And learn experiences from the failures in order not fail the next time.In our studies when we failed in the examinations,we must not become down-hearted,we must cheer up and analyse the mistakes we have made in the tests.If so ,I believe we may not always get low marks in the exams.what’s more, we can also ask our teachers and our friends for help.Also the employees should face up to their failures,no one could finish the work

perfectly in the first time.so it is unnecessary for them to feel sorry about the failures,the only thing they must do is learn from the previous failure and do better the next time.Just enjoy the work itself but not the result.when we meet failures,do not give up,stick our minds,and we’ll win the success in the end.Believe that “failure is the mother of success” .As I mentioned above Lincoln failed so many times but he never gave up,we can see in the end he became the president of The United States because of his constant efforts.Also Edison,after his 5000 failures he finally succeed to invent the electric lights.
Finally,I want to say :just enjoy experiencing the failures,do not feel embarassed because of the failure,everyone will meet them,do not fear about them,just overcome the failures,we’ll find sometimes failure is not that bad and it can be the motivation for us to struggle.Believe that by experiencing the failure we’ll find a road to success.
