一、 专业介绍

Ⅰ. Major Introduction

本专业培养适应社会主义现代化和地方及区域经济建设需要,在工程意识、技术素养、实践能力、创新精神与思想道德、艺术文化、人文精神等方面全面和谐发展,具备机械工程专业基础知识与应用能力,能在企业生产一线从事机械、机电产品的开发、设计、制造以及生产运行与设备控制的应用型、复合型、创新型高级工程技术人才。

This major aims at cultivating advanced engineering and technology-oriented talents who will have the ability of application, compound and innovation. The graduates shall achieve the following specific standards: adapting to the socialist modernization and the local and regional economic development; with engineering consciousness, technology literacy, practice ability, innovation spirit and morality, art and culture, humanistic spirit and other aspects of a comprehensive and harmonious development; with the professional basic knowledge and application ability of mechanical engineering; working on the mechanical and electrical products for the development, design, manufacture, operation and equipment control in the production company.

Ⅲ. Introduction to the Curriculum 1. 高等数学(上)(4.5学分)Advanced Mathematics (I)(4.5 credits) (中英文介绍)

17.工程图形学(上)(3学分)Engineering Graphics (I)(3 credits)

本课程是机械类专业一门必修的技术基础课。它研究用投影法在平面上图示和图解空间几何问题的原理和方法;介绍正确的制图方法和国家标准中有关制图的基本规定,培养绘制、阅读和处理工程图样的技能;对培养和发展形象思维和创造性思维能力具有重要作用,本课程上学期任务包括:学习投影法(主要是正投影法)的基本理论及其应用;培养对三维物体的形状与相对位置的空间想象力和空间构思能力;培养对空间几何问题的图示和图解能力等。

This course is a compulsory basic course of technology for mechanical majors. It uses method of projection to graphic and diagram the principle and method of space geometry problems in the plane; introduces the correct methods and basic regulations from national standards of graphics drawing, develops the skills of reading, drawing and the abilities to process engineering drawing; it plays an important role in the cultivation and development of imaginal thinking and creative thinking ability. In the first term of this year, this course includes learning the basic theories and application of positive and negative sides about projection method; developing the imagination about the shape of three dimensional body, relative location of space and the ability to space construction; developing the abilities to present and diagram the problems of space geometry.

18.工程图形学(下)(3学分)Engineering Graphics (II)(3 credits)

本课程是机械类专业一门必修的技术基础课。它研究用投影法在平面上图示和图解空间几何问题的原理和方法;介绍正确的制图方法和国家标准中有关制图的基本规定,培养绘制、阅读和处理工程图样的技能;对培养和发展形象思维和创造性思维能力具有重要作用,本课程下学期任务包括:学习与机械图样有关的机械设计和制造工艺方面的相关知识;培养绘制、阅读和处理机械图样的基本能力;培养计算机绘图的初步能力等。

This course is a compulsory basic course of technology for mechanical majors. 19.电工学(3学分) Electrotechnics(3 credits)

电工学是非电专业的一门专业基础课,通过本课程的学习使学生获得电工技术必要的基本理论,基本计算和基本技能,为学习有关后续课和参加实际工作打好基础,为发展本专业的工程技术打下良好的基础。主要讲授直流电阻电路分析、运算放大器、一阶和二阶电路的暂态分析、正弦稳态电路分析、互感和三相电路分析、非正弦电路分析、简单非线性电阻电路分析、交流异步电动机等内容。

Electrotechnics is a professional basic course for non-electrical majors. The task of this course is to make the students master the basic theory, analysis and calculation of circuit of the basic methods and preliminary experimental skills, and prepare necessary circuit knowledge for subsequent courses through the study of this course. The main contents include the Circuit Analysis of Dc Resistive Circuits, The Operational Amplifier, the circuit transient analysis of First-order and second-order, Sinusoidal Steady-State Analysis, Balanced Three-Phase Circuits, Non-sinusoidal circuit analysis, Simple non linear resistance circuit analysis, AC induction motor etc.

20.模拟电路与数字电路(3.5学分)Numerical and Analogue Electronics(3.5 credits)

本课程分为模拟电路和数字电路两部分,模拟部分包括半导体基础知识、放大电路基础、集成电路运算放大器;数字部分包括逻辑代数基础、门电路、组合逻辑电路、时序逻辑电路。通过该课程的学习,使学生掌握模拟电路和数字电路的基础知识,掌握简单放大器的基本工作原理和分析方法。

The course is divided into analog circuits and digital circuits, the analog circuits sections include semiconductor basics, amplifier circuit basics and integrated circuit operational amplifier; the digital logic circuits sections including sections include logic algebra, gates, combinational logic circuit and Sequential logic circuits. Through the study of this course, students can master the basics of analog circuits and digital circuits, and master the basic principles and methods of analysis work is simple amplifier.

21.理论力学(3.5学分)Theoretical Mechanics(3.5 credits)

理论力学是机械工程专业的学科基础课程,属于一门理论性较强的专业基础课,是各门力学以及专业课的基础。通过本门课程的学习使学生能掌握质点、质点系和刚体机械运动(包括平衡)的基本规律和研究方法,为后续课程的学习奠定必备基础。初步掌握应用理论力学的理论和方法分析、解决一些简单的工程实际问题。

Theoretical Mechanics which is the base of other mechanics courses with high systematization is a professional basic course for students in Mechanical Engineering major. Through this course learning, students will master basic principles and research methods of particles, particle systems, mechanical motions and equilibrium of rigid bodies, prepare for further studies, and have the ability to solve simple problems in practice.

22.材料力学(4.0学分) Strength of Materials(4.0 credits)

材料力学是机械工程专业的学科基础课,它分为理论教学和实验教学两部分。理论教学主要学习杆件的拉伸压缩变形和强度,应力和应变的定义;扭转的变形和强度,剪切强度;弯曲问题的变形,强度的计算;杆系的静不定问题和稳定性问题。实验教学主要指导学生测试材料的常规材料力学性能和掌握电测技术,了解工程中结构的受力和变形测试技术的基本技能,培养学生具有一定的创新性、综合性的实验能力,为学生学习有关专业课程奠定了基础。

Strength of Materials is a basic course in Mechanical Engineering major, which is divided into two parts: theoretical learning and experimental learning. The task of theoretical learning is to

study the tensile compression deformation and intensity of bar, the definition of stress and strain. Torsional deformation and strength, shear strength; the deformation of the bending strength calculation; Truss of the statically indeterminate problem and stability problem. The task of experimental learning is to guide students test material of conventional experiment teaching material mechanics performance and master electric logging technology, knowledge engineering testing technology of force and deformation of the structure of the basic skills, to cultivate students has certain creativity, comprehensive experimental ability, which laid a foundation for students to learn about professional courses.

23.工程材料及成形工艺(4学分) Engineering Materials and Material Forming Processing Technology(4 credits)

工程材料及成形工艺是机械专业大二年级学生必修的专业基础课程。工程材料及成形工艺这门课主要以金属材料为重点,研究工程材料成分、组织和性能的基本理论和基本规律以及热处理和热成形技术。使学生熟悉各类材料成分、组织与性能之间的关系,掌握各种材料成形方法的工艺特点和强化材料的主要技术途径。初步具备根据零件使用条件和性能要求,合理选用材料和毛坯成形方法及制订零件加工工艺路线的能力。

Engineering Materials and Material Forming Processing Technology is a specialized required basic course for sophomores in mechanical majors emphasizing metal materials studies fundamental theories and laws on the composition, microstructure and performance of engineering materials. Students should be familiar with the relationship among the composition, microstructure and performance of various types of material and master the process characteristics of various material forming methods and main technology of material strengthening, and have the ability to make a reasonable selection of proper material and forming method and to plan the manufacturing process for parts according to preliminary conditions and performance requirements of parts.

24.机械设计基础(上)(4学分)Fundamentals of Machine Design (I)(4 credits)

机械设计基础(上)是机械工程专业的专业基础课程。本课程主要研究三大分析和三大机构的分析和综合。本课程的作用在于培养学生掌握机构分析、机构综合和机械动力学的基本理论和基本技能,并初步具有确定机械运动方案、分析和设计机构的能力以及开发创新的能力。它在培养高级工程技术人才的全局中,具有增强学生对机械技术工作的适应能力和开发创造与创新能力的作用。

Fundamentals of Machine Design (I) is a professional basic course in Mechanical Engineering major. Analysis and synthesis of this course mainly studies three analysis and the three bodies. 机械设计基础(下)是机械工程专业的专业基础课程。本课程主要研究一般工作条件和参数范围内的通用零件的设计和计算。本课程的作用在于培养学生具备机械设计中的一般通用零部件设计方法的能力,为后继专业课程学习和今后从事设计工作打下坚实的基础。它在培养机械工程技术人才的全局中,具有增强学生的机械理论基础,提高学生对机械技术工作的适应性,培养其开发创新能力的作用。

Fundamentals of Machine Design (II) is a professional basic course in Mechanical Engineering major. Design and calculation of this course mainly studies the general working conditions and parameters within the scope of the common parts. This course plays the role of cultivating the ability of students with general parts design method in mechanical design, learning for subsequent major courses and the future is engaged in design work and lay a solid foundation. 26.机械制造技术基础(4学分)Fundamentals of Machine Manufacturing Technology(4 credits)

机械制造技术基础是机械工程专业的学科基础课。该课程主要包括金属切削原理,常用的加工方法,金属切削机床,加工质量和机械加工工艺规程的基本理论。通过对该课程的学习,使学生掌握机械制造方面的基本理论和基本知识,并具备解决机械加工工艺过程中一般技术问题的能力。为后续专业课程的学习奠定良好的基础。

Fundamentals of Machine Manufacturing Technology is a professional fundamental course in Mechanical Engineering major. This curriculum mainly introduces the principle of metal cutting, common machining operation, machine tools, machining quality, and basic theory of manufacturing process planning in manufacturing process. This course is a practical and technical basic course for mechanical majors. It's formation and

development closely related to the development of electronic and machinery industry, it involved many aspects such as designing, manufacturing, quality control and production management of machinery electronic product. 28.控制工程基础 (2学分) Fundamentals of Control Engineering (2 credits) 控制工程基础是机械工程专业必备的一门学科基础课程。本课程重点讲授在控制系统的分析及设计中所必需的理论和方法。这些知识是学生开展复杂机电装备创新设计、分析、改进等工作的关键基础知识。学习和掌握本课程的核心内容后学生将可以在不同的空间自由分析和改进控制系统的性能和品质,并可以根据实际需要创新性的设计控制系统并加以实现。这些能力的获得是一个机械行业的工程师技能的重要体现。同时本课程不仅是一套严谨的理论体系而且也是一门方法论,学习和掌握本课程的理论、方法等知识后将会提高学生认识世界、把握世界的能力促进学生能够更快的掌握控制学科的其他理论知识攀向机电系统控制的科学高峰。

Fundamentals of Control Engineering is a specialized required basic course in Mechanical Engineering major. The course focuses on the necessary theory and methodology in control system analysis and designing. This knowledge is the key foundation knowledge when student carried on complex creative design, analysis, and modification of mechanical and electrical equipment. After grasp the key content of the course, students can carry on the free analysis and modification of the quality of control system, and can also fulfill the creative design according to the actual need. 29.微机原理及应用(2学分)Principle of Microcomputer and Application(3 credits)

微机原理及应用是机械工程专业的专业基础课之一,是学生学习和掌握计算机硬件知识和汇编语言程序设计的入门课程。通过本课程的学习,使学生从应用的角度出发,在理论和实践的上掌握微机的基本组成、工作原理、汇编语言程序设计、接口电路及硬件的连接。建立系统的整体概念,使学生具有微机应用系统软、硬件开发的初步能力。同时,配以适当的实验教学培养学生的独立分析问题和解决问题的能力,通过系统的实践教学锻炼,使学生具有一定的软硬件开发能力,为未来的工作和后继课程的学习打下基础。

Principle of Microcomputer and Application is a basic course in Mechanical Engineering major. It’s an introductory course designed to help students learn and mater the knowledge of computer hardware and assembly language programming. This course helps students to master, in

theory and practice, the basic composition and operating principles of microcomputer, assembly language programming and the connection of interface circuit and hardware from a practical perspective. It equips students with a vigorous global concept of microcomputer and the rudimentary development abilities of the software and hardware of the application system of microcomputer. Besides, this course incorporates experimental teaching methods to help students develop their critical analytical skills and abilities to solve problems. It equips students with the basic development skills of software and hardware through a systematic teaching and training process and lays a solid ground for their future career and academic prospects.

30.机械制造装备设计(3学分)Machine Manufacturing Equipment Design(3credits)

机械制造装备设计是机械工程专业的主要专业课。该课程包括金属切削机床总体设计、典型零部件设计、组合机床设计、专用刀具设计和机床专用夹具设计等内容。通过本课程的学习,使学生掌握机械制造装备先进的设计理论和方法,掌握典型零部件及机床专用夹具的设计,具备一定的机械制造装备总体设计和结构设计能力。

Machine Manufacturing Equipment Design is a main professional course in Mechanical Engineering major. This curriculum mainly introduces the general design of metal cutting machine, the design of typical parts and components, Combination machine tools, special cutter and special fixture and so on. Through the studying of the course, the students are expected to grasp the advanced design theory and method of machine manufacturing equipment, can design typical parts and components, special fixture, and have the ability of overall design and structural design in machine manufacturing equipment.

这门课程主要讲述常用低压电器的原理,电气控制线路的基本规律,电气控制线路的设计方法,可编程控制器的特点、应用和组成,三菱FX系列可编程控制器的编程单元和基本指令系统、程序设计方法等。该课程从应用角度培养学生电气控制线路的分析与设计能力、PLC程序的设计能力和PLC应用能力等。是一门应用广、实用性强的专业技术性课程。

This course is mainly about the principle of common low voltage electrical apparatus,the basic rule of electrical control circuit, design method of electrical control circuit, the characteristics, application and composition of programmable controller, programmable unit, basic instruction system and programming method of Mitsubishi FX series programmable controller and so on. 专业英语是机械类专业大四年级学生必修的专业课程。该课程以大学英语及专业课程为基础,讲授科技英语的语法特点和文体结构,使学生掌握一定数量的机械常用词汇、专业术语,能够基本正确地阅读、理解和翻译机械专业英语书籍和文献,在涉外交际的日常活动和业务活动中进行简单的口头和书面交流,并为今后进一步提高英语的交际能力打下基础。

Based on Fundamentals of Machine Manufacturing, The Technology of Model Designing, and other professional courses, this course teaches basic knowledge of die and mould manufacturing, the machining process planning of parts from cold stamping dies and plastic moulds, and the procedures for mould and die assembly. 数控机床是机械工程专业的一门专业课。本课程重点介绍机床的结构、工作原理及方法、数控机床进给伺服系统的设计及传动装置的知识,以及典型数控机床的功能和结构特点知识。通过多媒体讲授教学手段,使学生掌握一项专业技能,为以后从事数控机床调试、典型机械结构设计、主要部件的计算、选择等工作奠定基础。修学该课程时首先要有机械制造基础、机械设计、数控技术等先期知识。

冲压工艺与模具设计是机械工程专业模具设计与制造方向的一门主干专业课。本课程以培养学生从事冲压模具设计与制造能力为核心,将冲压成形加工原理、冲压设备、冲压工艺、冲模设计有机融合,是一门实践性较强的课程。本课程的主要任务是分析各类冲压成形的变形规律,认识典型冲压成形工艺方法、模具结构特征,掌握冲压工艺与模具设计方法。

3D Digital Design for Die & Mould is a major course in Mechanical Engineering major. It’s a comprehensive course which applies Pro/E moulding design and Autoflow to analyze injection moulding process and optimize mould design based on practices. The main task of this course is to teach 3D digital design and the method of operation with the purpose of enabling students to have the ability of designing three dimensional injection mould. Demonstration of Autoflow in class will equip students with the ability of analyzing and optimizing the design of injection moulding process. Fundamentals & Application of Finite Element Method is a professional course to expand students’ scope of knowledge in Mechanical Engineering major based on the knowledge of subjects such as Advanced Mathematics, Theoretical Mechanics, Strength of Materials and Linear Algebra and so on. Students will learn and master the basic finite element theory to solve plane stress (strain), axisymmetric and space problems.
