Hello, I am Mike. I have healthy eating habits. Let me tell you about them.
I usually have three meals a day. For breakfast, I eat noodles, and rice. And I drink milk every morning, too. My mother says it’s good for our health. For lunch, I often eat rice, beef, and other vegetables. And I like eating fruit every day, because I think vegetables and fruit are very good for our health. For dinner, I often eat rice, meat and vegetables, too.
