例 一个拉弯成型机构,由型材和刚性靠模等构成,在油缸的拉动下,型材逐步缠绕到靠模上,其中管材的弹性模量E=2.05X105MPa,泊松比0.3,屈服强度为180MPa,屈服后的切线模量18600MPa,油缸对其产生两个集中载荷F=19600N,相聚1000.

models-structural-linear-elastic-isotropic, 其中弹性模量2.06e5,泊松比0.3,定义双线性等向强化模型 structural-nonlinear-inelastic-rate independent-isotropic hardening plasticity-mises plasticity-bilinear-(屈服强度yield stss-180,切线模量tang mod-18600)-ok,定义接触单元的属性 material-new model-ok-structural-friction coefficient-摩擦系数mu-0.3-ok
4建立模型preprocesser-modeling-create-keypoints-in active cs-建12个关键点1(0,0,-150),2(-750,-150,-150),3(750,-150,-150),4(-500,0,0),5(500,0,0),6(-500,100,0),7(500,100,0),8(-500,0,135),9(500,0,135),10(-500,100,135),11(500,100,135),12(750,-150,150)
5连接成面preprocesser-modeling-create-areas-arbitrary-through kps-(10 11 6 7 ,8 9 4 5, 8 9 10 11)
6镜像生成型材preprocesser-modeling-reflect-areas-选择所有的面,以X-Y镜像,在求和化为一个整体preprocesser-modeling-operate-booleans-add-areas和lines
7创建曲线preprocesser-modeling-create-lines-splines-spline thru kps(2 1 3)三点,preprocesser-modeling-create-lines-lines straight line-连接3 12点为直线
8拉伸成曲面preprocesser-modeling-operate-extrude-lines-along lines,拾取曲线沿直线拉伸,这样生成整个机构
9网格划分preprocesser-mashing-meshtool-lines-set线划分型材的八个端线,网格密度尺寸SIZe-8-apply,型材的长边NDIV-50-ok,mesh-loop-拾取型材-ok,刚性靠模的控制preprocesser-mashing-meshtool-lines-set-长边- NDIV-60-apply-短边- SIZe-8-ok
10建立刚柔接触preprocesser-modeling-create-contact pair-对话框-接触向导-rigid-pick target-鼠标拾取靠模面-ok-next-surface-to-surface-pick contact-鼠标拾取型材的下接触面-ok-next-material ID-2-create-finish
11加载约束solution-define loads-apply-structural-displacement-on lines-在型材的四个端线加全约束-ok,在型材的端部施加集中载荷solution-define loads-apply-structural-force/moment-拾取关键点(一端上两角)Y轴向下-19600-ok
12求解设置solution-analysis type-sol’n controls-time at end of loadstep-1-number of substeps-20-ok,求解solution-solve-current ls-close
13后处理general postproc-plot results-contour plot-nodal solu-查看变形nodal solution-dof solution-displacement vector sum-scale factor-true scale-ok,查应力nodal solution-stress-von mises stress-ok
14显示接触单元select-entities-elements-attached
to-areas-unselect-ok,plot-elements
15显示接触状态general postproc-plot results-contour plot-nodal solu-nodal solution-contact-contact status-ok,接触应力contact total stress-ok,接触间隙contact gap distance-ok,查看总的应变图total mechanical strain-von mises total mechanical strain-ok,同理可查看弹性应变,塑形应变等
