低碳经济对我国出口贸易的影响以及应对策略

【摘要】当前，中国正处于把握经济增长机遇和进行低碳转型的两难选择之中。低碳经济的到来给中国带来机遇的同时更带来了更大的挑战，我国的出口贸易受到前所未有的压力，我们必须既遵循经济社会发展与气候保护的一般规律，顺应发展低碳经济的潮流和趋势，同时还要根据中国的基本国情和国家利益，寻找出协调长期与短期利益、权衡各类目标、谋求双赢的低碳发展的应对策略。

【Abstract】Nowadays, China is being in a dilemma of the choice between grasping economic growth opportunity and carrying out low carbon rotating the type. The arrival of low economical carbon has brought bigger challenge more than the opportunity to China .Export trade of our country accepts hitherto unknown pressure .It is necessary to obey the rule of economic and social development and the climate protect. Also it is important to adjust the current trend of the low carbon economy. Concerning about Chinese fundamental realities of the country and benefit , to found out the way of the low carbon development harmonizing long-term and short-term benefit , balancing all policy targets , seeking win-win's tactics at the same time is of great urgency.
