《中华人民共和国献血法》正式实施以来，无偿献血在保证医疗临床用血需要和安全、保障献血者和用血者健康方面发挥了重大作用，也标志着我国的血液事业从此走向法制化管理的轨道。
无偿献血是社会文明进步的标志之一，是救死扶伤的崇高行为，是创造和谐社会、热爱生命的体现。近年来，在社会各界的广泛支持和积极参与下，无偿献血工作得到了稳定健康的发展。但是，随着经济社会的发展，医疗服务水平的提高，全民医疗保障覆盖面的扩大，临床用血量大大增加，为了保证临床有安全、足够的血液救治患者，需要我们携起手来，共同参与到无偿献血的行列中来。区无偿献血办特此向广大健康适龄的干部职工们发出倡议：让我们以履行公民义务为光荣，本着社会共济、关爱他人的精神，做无偿献血行动的积极响应者，加入到无偿献血的行列，用我们的浓浓热血、拳拳爱心去营造一个充满“人道、博爱、奉献”精神的幸福!
同志们，如您想参加无偿献血，请于20xx年9月23日前在本单位报名，并于20xx年9月26日(周五)上午9：00前在本单位带队人员带领下一同前往广场参加献血活动。
